Unable to change status sometimes

Hi Everybody ,

I am new to solution manager . I have a strange error in service desk . I am editing a ticket changing few other details with status . All other details are getting update except status . If i try next time i am able to change the status . This issue i am getting whenever i try to change the status to closed .

Please help what may be the wrong .

Pls chk your authorization for changing the Defect status.

Hi,

Call FM 'CRM_ORDER_INITIALIZE' and then save or update the status .

This should solve the problem

Hi Vijay,

Check with the SPRO configuration of the Status profile for the status "Closed".

If that is not maintained corrcetly, then this problem might arise.
