Hi everyone,
My question is about availability check and rescheduling.
After availability check during sales order processing,
the order quantity may not be confirmed totally because there is
insufficient ATP stock.
Then lets say the product is produced and entered into the
stock and ATP quantity is increased. At the time another sales
order is created for the same product and as there is available
stock, the second sales order takes the ATP stock before the first
sales order.
Until the run of the rescheduling job, all the sales orders created
take the ATP stock, and when the outbound delivery is created, they
don't release the stock no more.
By the way, the older sales orders couldn't get the stock and the order
fulfillment speed gets lower.
What could be done to prevent this?
With best regards

If you want to reserve the stock against sale orders based on creation date, do the following:-
1) Go to MM03, select MRP3 view and see what availability check is maintained.
2) Next go to OVZ9, select this availability check with the combination of "A" and execute. There tick the box against the field "Include Sales reqmts".
thanks
