Calling Workflow From Webdynpro

Hi,

I am trying to call a Workflow from webdynpro. I checked the previous threads but i still have a problem.

Is there a step by guide guide to do this?

1) Should i create a UWL? if so, how to access UML.

2) How to find the workitem_id of a workflow? ( to use in function SAP_WAPI_READ_CONTAINER)
