Customized Text-ID's in Service Desk

Hi all

We are using the Service Desk functionality in SolMan. There I face an unsolved problem in connection with customized Text ID's. The customized Text-ID is available in an incident and you can choose it and insert a text message below in the text field. When the message is entered and saved, the text is readable in the log window. But the title is not the title from the text-ID, the title is just "Reply".

The checkbox in the customizing settings "Display in Title" is actived. Also the translation is done.

Have someone any idea of this?

Solution: Own created Text-ID has to be maintained as well as in the scheme for the notification as in the scheme for the basis message SLF1. Can be done through Transaction DNO_CUST01.
