Rows of table in a smartform

Hi,

I am using SAP version 4.6 C .

I see that I have no option to create a row under the table as we have in ECC versions.Due to this reason I am not able to assign text elements to each cell in the row and the values are displayed one after one in two rows instead two values in two columns of single row.

Please let me know how to create rows under the table in 4.6 C version.

Hi,

Your problem is you have a table and do not know how to add a row.

enter smartform in change mode

Double click on your table.

click on details

select on a certain row/line where you want to add a row/line.

click in the button insert row

Hi,

I can physically create the row in the table painter and assign a line type to it but unable to assign the respective text element to the column..in this case I have 2 columns in the single line type but could not able to display the value in the respective columns..the values r displayed one after one in two rows..

hi,

go to the outputoptions of your text elements.

There you can give for each textelement

which line type has to be used, new line or not, new cell or not, skip some cells.

play with it and yoyu will soon understadn how it works.
