Forwarding work item

Hi Forum,

When we forward a workitem from Inbox of an approver..

1)Which BADI is trigered?

I tried puting a break point in workflow BADI but it is not trigered when i pushed the Send button.

2)Are any mails trigered?

HI,

To the best of my knowledge , there is no Specific BADI for forwarding Work Item.

But inorder to allow forwarding the Work item, Purchasing Org structure (PPOSA_BBP) , Flag:FORWARD Work Item attribute need to be set.

If there is no BADI then where can we write code to triger some mails or dose the system sends any mail to the user to which the workitem is forwarded?

Hi. I think that if you schedule job RSWUWFMLEC and make sure that the "forward work item" attribute is set to "X" in PPOMA_BBP, and that the users have e-mail addresses in SU01 then there will be a mail sent to the user that receives the forwarded work item.
