Can anyone kindly enunciate more on HR cut-over activities?
During cut over plan you decide what all the previous data from the legacy system to be transferred to new SAP system (cut off period). Also during this migration of the data you need to decide which all can be uploaded through BDC or LSMW or any uploading techniques available.

The transfer of data from the quality assurance system, as well as legacy data in a customer's previous system, to the production system.
The cutover activities are specified in the ASAP Cutover Plan and include setting up and initializing the production system, closing legacy systems, and entering data manually in the new system.

We need to update Master data
IF HR Goin live in middle of finanacial year, tn update payroll clusters
set the payroll control record and Earliest RA dates
