I has same proplem with this topic.
And some comment advise to refresh statistics table D010INC usingT-code DB20, Please help how to do this.

Just run tx DB20, enter the table in the box on the top.
Choose refresh.
If no statistics have been created yet, choose statistics - create statistics.
