different rate for wage type

hi All

we are implementing wage revison for our employees. There are different caterogies of employees. Boradly 1. Officers

2. Workers

the wage types for Da and HRA are defined same for both type of employees. now we have to implement wage revision for only officer. For worker old rate of DA,HRA to be continued and for officer new rates to be implemeted. We have same Wage types for DA ,HRA. How can i manage this with same wage types

How are you planning to do this ?

Do you wanna change V_T510 table ?? or simply update Infotype 8 for the existing employees ?

IF V_T510 table, yiu might already defined Grades and Levels...

So based on ur Officer Categoery, change for the respectitve groups.

does there is any change in the valuation of base wage type pls let us know

Ex-

HRA 50% for both officers and workers

not HRA is 55% for officers but remains same for workers

pls let us knw
