Workitem disappearing from user worklist on the portal
User A has substituted User B in the worklist. When User B tries to view the "Items on behalf of" - User A, he is able to see the items. But after 10 mins, these workitems disapper and messgae "No item to display" is shown. If User B closes the worklist and opens again he is able to view the items for User A.
From backend, I am able to see the workitem from SWI5 as well as SBWP. These workitem are not even actioned upon to disappear.
Please let us know what could be the issue.
