How to configure sap to send email to internet address

Hi,

I have configured "SCOT" in order to the internal sap user to send email to external email. But always failed to send with error message below

Cannot process message, no route from FLESMANA to flesmanaAxxx.COM.

please advise

After configuring the scot settings, makle sure that RSCONN01 program is running in your system or not.

Hi,

To configure the email using SMTP see the below SAP Note

SAP Note 455140 - Configuration of e-mail, fax, paging or SMS using SMTP

Other helpful SAP Notes are

After configuring the SMTP in SAP level ,configure the Exchange server also.
