how to see AP and AR by the Project

Dear all,

could you help me on the following issue?

my client wants to see the AP and AR line item by the project.

but as far as i know, we can see the AP and AR line item via the vendor or customer, not by the project.

how can i achieve it ?

could you give me some advice?

Hi,

If you activate project cash management you can use tcode CJIA to see Actual Payments/Payment Commitments for project.

Hi

AP and AR line items cannot be seen using Projects. The reason being we are not updating the cost objects (WBS elements) to the AP or AR line items. The cost objects are updated only for the expense or the revenue items and not for the Balance Sheet items.

Even if you see the Field status group of the Reconciliation account, the field WBS element would be either display or suppressed.
