How to update Infostructure S885

We are trying to create a Sales Order and want the sales order information to get updated in the Info Structure S885. In spite of all the configurations in place, this is not happening.

Please advice what necessary configurations needs to be done for this to happen

Hi,

Fallow the below steps which will help you to run a info structure successfully,

1) Check statestics gruop field in customer master

2) Check statestics group for material master both sud be maintaned same

3) check configuration settings for assignment of update group at header lavel and item lavel ,all assignment sud be in green colour

4) and finaly perform update set up for sales documents,delivery and for billing documents trough olix,oli7,oli8,oli9 and Nprt
