hello,

When I click on "Open Web Service navigator for selected binding" in the Overview tab in SOAMANAGER. I get the following error.

"403 Forbidden

You are not authorized to view the requested resource."

WSNavigatorRole role is assigned from Visual Administrator. What are we missing here?

Please make sure that you have activated the required services in transaction SICF.

Goto tcode SICF-->mention Hierarchy type as SERVICE and execute.

Activate the required services under /default_host/sap/bc

Also make sure that you have following roles to your account ( SU01)

SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_ADMIN

SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_ADMIN_BIZ

SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_ADMIN_TEC

SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_SERVICE_USER

Thanks

Hi,

Assign the Administrators (UME Databse) Group to the ADSUSER

Then you can use the ADSUSER to access the WSDL.

This is common problem. It gives error informing : check whether service /wsnavigator/jsps/explorer.jsp is active in transaction SICF. But this service will not be there in the system.

To see the WSDL, you can do one more thing.

Click on Display selected Binding's or Service's WSDL URL link and copy the link displayed in WSDL URL for Binding: text box. Provide same URL in the new browser, it will display the defined WSDL.

Regards,

Siva.

Thanks Siva. But my issue is I am not able to open Web service navigator from soamanager screen. But I am able to open WSDL document. I tried it with sap_all user also, but still it gives the authorization error.
