Autoimatic Shipping Method

Hi,

We have a situation where we need to identity that the order is a Truck Load and it should be automatically determined by the system.

Can we determine Shipping Method automatically based on the Total Weight/Gross weight of a Sales Order?

Please let me know.

Maintain Route Scheduling for Sales Document Type at SPRO>IMG>Log. Execution>Shipping > Basic Shipping Function > Routes > Route Schedule Determination > Scheduling with Route Schedule for Sales Document Type > Activate the Route Schedule.

Also Maintain at 0VTC ,the Route in which you can mention Shipping Type.

SPRO>IMG>Log. Execution>Shipping > Basic Shipping Function > Routes > Rout determination > Maintain Route Determination > Select your Dep Country and Go to Route Determination w/o Weight Group .Here You assign the Route.

You can try Route Determination using Weight Group. But precondition is that 1 delivery should be created for full order, which I think in your case is possible.

1. Create a Wt. Group with your predefined Wt. for truck load.

2. Set up route determination using Wt. Group.

3. Route determined will be Truck.
