Have you tried searching [google|http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22PortNumbers%22SAP&aq=f&oq=&aqi=]?

I tried but did not end up with good link. Actually I need this to set port forwarding in my wireless router to access my server at home elsewhere.

Please check the following document:

[TCP/IP Ports Used by SAP Applications|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/4e515a43-0e01-0010-2da1-9bcc452c280b?overridelayout=true]

Dipanjan,

Thanks for the reply. I too got this doc from sdn. But I was not sure which port I use for port forwarding in my router. There are lot many ports given in this document.

I forwarded the ports 32xx and 36xx in the port forwarding of the wireless router. xx is the instance number.

It worked fine.

Perhaps you were wanting to discuss network topology in combination with routers and firewalls?

Your original question does not reflect this nor that you have a "wireless router"...

I agree that its not mentioned in the original question. But I made a note of it in the reply given. I will make sure that I will be more clear from next time.

B
