Plz tell me the difference between Configuration, Customisation, Enhancement and Modification??

Hi,

In SAP terminology --

Configuration / Customization - Same, this is what the functional consultants do in SPRO, to get the business process running according to the organization where the implementation is happening.

Enhancement / Modification - When the standard functionality is not enough, as technical person you implement the BADI's or the user exits.

These terms can be used interchangeably depending on the context.
