I am installing an addon on a 2005a SBO (PL31) system. I install the addon and receive a successful install message from the addon itself. All files are extracted to expected directories. SBO displays message Installation failed. I checked the AddOnsInstall.sbo file and addon is listed there. I checked AddOnsLocalRegistration.sbo and addon is NOT listed in that file. Error from SBO is generic, no specific information as to the problem. Has anyone encountered this? Possible solutions?
