We upgraded from RTA 5.3 sp06 to sp08 over the weekend and now we are getting dumping when trying to use our firefighter logins.

Has anyone else had this problem.

Thanks

Jeff

If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to

find an interim solution in an SAP Note.

If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following

keywords:

"MESSAGE_TYPE_X" " "

"/VIRSA/ZVFAT" or "/VIRSA/ZVFAT"

"OPEN_ANOTHER_SESSION_FOR_LOGON"

Hi Jeff,

Please check the SAP note: 1319031 as there was a change in the FF functionlaity in SP07.

You need to maintain the authorization for the FFID and now no longer password is required. Please check the note.
