How to remove standard xml form name?

Hi All,

In the Content Management role, documentsxmlforms folder, click Foler>New-->Forms context menu, I can see the SAP Standard & custom forms like SAP Demo News, CRM news.

Now I want to remove the SAP standard forms and want to display only the custom form name in the context menu.

How do I remove the SAP standard form names from the context menu?

Hi,

Go To System Administration-> System Configuration->Knowledge Management-->Content Management > Form-Based publishing>Forms Availability.

Then Goto Global Settings.

Under this uncheck the checkbox of the coloumn Enforce Availabilty of All forms.

Refresh the portal and check.

You can set the form visibility to exclude forms from certain directories or repositories.

You'll find The XML forms visibility under System Administration, Content Management.
