How different is ENHP4 from ENHP3 in terms of installation

I have heard that the installation of enhp4 is totally different from enhp3 (or lower).

Could you share your experience?

Your answer is for ECC enhp4.

For the PI7.0 enhp4 , do we have the same situation, i.e. enhp4 is quite different from other lower enhp in terms of installation?
