PAL Migration

I can't seem to find anything related to "migrating" the PAL configuration from One Server to a new server, we have a situation where one of the systems will be taken offline thereby deleteing the original PAL configuration, is there a way to perhaps migrate this to a new system and asisgn this new system the PAL Central system

I've not heard of a way to migrate the PAL central system configuration. You might want to submit an OSS message on this.
