Error During creating a sales order

Hi,

I am having following error when enter a line item in the sales order.

"No Schedule line category could be determined during quantity adjustment Message No. V1434"

Can anybody help me how to solve this problem.

This error occurs during item category determination. The reason is mentioned in the OSS notes. Take a look at the details.

Hi ,

You need to have a OSS logon and you can check the details from www.service.sap.com/notes

When you logon to the above site it will ask you for a OSS logon generally a 11 to 12 digit id starting with 'S'. OSS is basically online service support where you can find solution for common errors and problems.

Your company should be giving you a OSS logon or else if you have cleared SAP certification SAP will provide you a OSS logon.
