my client wants actual costs booking after PGI only how can i achieve this ?

my scenario is i am creating project from sales order and transfering BOM to project after release project procure material PRPO---MIGO -

Hi,

It is a std process of capturing the costs in the project.

if procure the material PR-PO-MIGO-MIRO and your are stocking the material for delivery or prodcution.

your inventory will be valuated not the project, that means as your wbs is assgined to PR/PO and all you see the actual cost in WBS. it is not the true actual cost in wbs where you can settle or transfer.

if you really don't want to see the costs in project donot create statistical cost elements for all balance sheet inventory GL accounts.

normally the actuals will be flown only at the time of PGI, as per std process, if you are stocking material and not consuming the material in wbs and not doing any fi posting.
