user error login details

hi guys,

A user tried to login to her user and had three failed attempts. the user is then locked.

i want to know if its possible to view the details and time of the login for that user.

my boss wants to see the exact timestamp for this user's error.

You can find it in SM21 or SM20 security audit log if the audit log is enabled in SM19.

Hi,

Goto SU01, enter the user-id, click on information tab and click on "change documents for users" and then execute.

Here you can find when the user got locked, and all the other necessary information.

Hi,

Using Tcode STAD or STAT you can see all details. If you donu2019t delete stat files. If you configure audit log for that particular user using Tcode SM19. The activity details you can see SM20. Same date time you will get some info from system log SM21.
