Solman EWA Report Content Customization

Hi Gurus,

I am facing an issue while customizing EWA report contents. I am not able to save them permanently as soon as I clicked on activities icon under operations-solution monitoring-early watch alert. it displays a pop up saying "Session is in Display Mode - Save is Temporary".

I want to save some changes permanently. Please guide me how can I achieve this?

Hi Karnal,

the EWA is a global template, which is not customizable at all.

The reason for this is that only in this way the results are comparable for different customers.

Besides, SAP Support employees themself have to have a look at the last EWA results before providing special support to customers.

So no way!
