Hi Nikunj,

you might try creating an individual task to check the results: SDCCN->Task-Create->Get License Data->Now->Continue

I have the feeling that if SDCCN->GoTo->Settings->Task-Specific->Maintenance->Settings->License Data

under "Repeat every" is 0, then the get license task won't run as part of the maintenance package in SDCCN.

David is correct: if the SDCCN log shows "Not due, due every 0", delete the "Maintenance Package" task and re-create it. See [SAP Note 1293657|https://service.sap.com/sap/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=1293657]

Dear David,

Thanks for reply.

Manually execute Get License Data in satellite system and log as below.

14.07.2009 10:51:41 Retrieval of license data completed from destination SM_SMNCLNT100_BACK /BDL/SAPLBDL11 0

14.07.2009 10:51:41 > License data retrieved from Solution Manager and installed /BDL/SAPLBDL11 0

14.07.2009 10:51:41 > Local system number: 000000000311082908 /BDL/SAPLBDL11 0

14.07.2009 10:51:41 Fetch license data from destination SM_SMNCLNT100_BACK : /BDL/SAPLBDL11 0

14.07.2009 10:51:41 Retrieval of license data started from destination SM_SMNCLNT100_BACK /BDL/SAPLBDL11 0

After finishing above manually executed Maintenance Package in satellite syste and log as below.

14.07.2009 10:52:41 Maintenance Package completed /BDL/SAPLBDL11 0

14.07.2009 10:52:41 > Not due, due every 0 , last successful run 105141 20090714 /BDL/SAPLBDL11 0

14.07.2009 10:52:41 Get License Data from destination SM_SMNCLNT100_BACK : /BDL/SAPLBDL11 0

14.07.2009 10:52:41 > Not due, due every 7 day(s), last successful run 203050 20090709 /BDL/SAPLBDL11 0

14.07.2009 10:52:41 Refresh service definitions from destination SM_SMNCLNT100_BACK : /BDL/SAPLBDL11 0

14.07.2009 10:52:41 > Not due, due every 1 day(s), last successful run 203042 20090713 /BDL/SAPLBDL11 0

14.07.2009 10:52:41 Refresh sessions from destination SM_SMNCLNT100_BACK : /BDL/SAPLBDL11 0

14.07.2009 10:52:41 > Not due, due every 7 day(s), last successful run 203043 20090709 /BDL/SAPLBDL11 0

14.07.2009 10:52:41 Delete old session and log data : /BDL/SAPLBDL11 0

14.07.2009 10:52:41 > Next periodic task 0000000093 has been created to run at 20090715202713 /BDL/SAPLBDL110

14.07.2009 10:52:41 Maintenance Package started /BDL/SAPLBDL11 0

So still there is no difference in log of Maintenance Package after executing Get License Data.

Still i am not getting new maintenance certificate.

Hi Nikunj,

As I can see, the maintenance certificate is already installed at your satellite system. Please check SLICENSE transaction->New License to see if the maintenance certificate is already installed.

If not, in wich kind of system are you trying to install maintenance certificate?

Maintenance certificate is only available for All SAP products based on SAP NetWeaver 7.0 and beyond.

I hope it could clarify your doubts.

Best regards,

Tomas.

Hi Nikunj,

had the same problem a few weeks ago.

It was solved by deleting the entries of the tables AGS_MAINT_KEYS and

AGS_MK_LIC_EXP and then implementing the OSS Note 1251060.

Sorry I forgot, this has to be done in the SOLMAN System.

Greets

In this case, you should check if the maintenance certificate for your satellite system is at your Solution Manager.

Goto SE38 transaction -> RAGS_MK_DISPLAY_FILE report and check if there is an entry for your satellite system and has the following line:

<LINE>SWPRODUCTNAME=Maintenance_MSS</LINE>

If this line is missing, REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT job should not work properly. Check its log file and check if there is any error.

Best regards,

Tomas.
