Dear All,
I am new to Solution Manager.
We are using Solution Manager 7.
My requirement is to configure Support Desk. I have made some changes. But I want to use full fucntionality of that.
My requirement is.
1. End User can log message related to prblem or new requirement.
2. Our Company's internal support team will give solution of the same.
3. If our Company's internal support team not able to solve and if required the can directly send message to SAP Support.
4. End User and Our internal Support team can monitor the status of all the respective messages
From where I can get document for the same.
