Hi,
I have created a standard sales order. Now I would like to change Sold-to-party using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE. It gives an error stating "you cannot change the entry in partner function AG".
I doubt whether we have the provision for changing sold-to-party or not. Please let me know whether we can change Sold-to-party of a sales order or not.
Thanks in advance.

As long as there is NO subsequent document exists, you can certainly change the sold to party. If any subsequent document is created, then you cannot change the sold to party in sale order.
thanks

Please have a look at the partner determination procedure. if the sold to party is set to not modifable which it is by standard you can expect the message you receive.

Hi Gayatri,
Yes we can change the Sold-To manually in a SO.
Can you try BAPI: BAPI_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE ?

No, it is not possible to change the sold to party in the sales order. It is unique and non modifiable.
Thanks,
Ravi
