Doubt in VA02

Hi..

In Va02 , ia mgivinf order and going to item overview and creating a new item. After that ia mselecting the newly created item and going like Extra->output->item-> edit. but herei find it is empty items...why?

Hi Ganesh

Since you have not configure the Output determination for Sales order it will come blank.

But here you can select the outputtype as BA00 ,Partnerfunction, Medium as per your requiremnt

and then click on communication method . here you can select thelogical destination if this is being

configured. then save it .Later on you can take the output of that document .

hi ganesh,

you might have configured the output determination for sales header only not the item.

please check the config sales documnet output determination or then check for determination analysis.

Hi ganesh62,

Usually you don't have output type at item level for sales orders, you have it at header level. If you want an output at item level you should to configure in SPRO --> Sales and distribution --> basic function --> output determination --> output determination using condition technique --> assign output determination procedure and there select Assign sales document item; there you assign the output procedure for your item category.
