Dear Expert,
I have developed a program to convert smartform to PDF and it is push to portal via ITS services. However, I get "The file is damage and can not be repair" in Production only, but not in Development or QAS.
Please tell me where can I check to find the root cause?

We have found that there is a missing configure to enable smartform to PDF to display on Production portal.
Any ideal where is the configure?
