After patching SPAU and SPDD execution are necessary?

Hi Experts,

Recently I have upgraded latest ABAP support packages in ECC Systems.First I have applied on DEV and QAS. After regression test, I have upgraded SP's on ECC-Production successfully. System performance/functionality is okay and I didn't get any complaints from functional and users.During the patch upgrade, I couldn't perform SPAU and SPDD phases. Could I execute it in my all systems now? is it essential? if yes, Which option could I select (Reset to Original or Adopt changes)? I have noticed lot of Snotes and Programs and FMs in all systems with yellow colour traffic light. Please clarity my question to help me. If I run it after upgrade, any thing impact to the System?

As per your query you can ignore in case you have not find any issue during the patches. Otherwise if you can perform then this is also good for you.

SPAU/SPDD can be performed after support pack to reconcile any discrepencies with your core code modifications
