iam working on campaign management , my client requies telephone and sms campaign compulsory , is there any doc. to configure the telephone and sms campaign.

what are the prerequiests for the telephone and sms campaign.

help me out iam in deep trouble.

We have an SMS server called SMSPort and currently we are integrated it to SAP. Is there a requirement for this kind of tool for campaigns or for a BPM.

Hi Devi,

I think for telephone campaigns you have to set up call lists. For SMS you have to look for a SMS Service provider which supports SAP. Then you have to configure SCOT.
