in idoc i mean in we21 transaction we r creating a port

whether it is a physical port or logical port?

Hi,

These are logical ports which will either point to RFC destination or a physical file directory in case of a XML port.

These are logical ports and not the physical ports at transport layer used in communication..

Hi kiran,

Well i think you are confused with the serial and parallel ports ...........the ports which you are creating here is not physical but a logial port or logical no or a gateway used for communication.

Please reward for the same.
