Hi, we need to use to implement corrective and preventive actions. pls advise can we document "root cause of the problem, corrective action, preventive action, agreed by, due date to complete action" fields/ sections in notifications? say, we needs to take approval on this from different persons, is it possible to circulate in system automatically? pls guide.
