EWA report Authorization checks Red - RSUSR003

hello,

according to EWA Report I execited the report RSUSR003 and change all passwords but in client 066 when I try to access with user SAP* to change the ppasword the system display:

The initial password has expired, request a new password

How can I change this password If I only have user SAP* (password expired) and EARLYWATCH but without privileges to change the password of SAP* ????????????????

we applied the procedure mentioned

you can reset the password of SAP* at os level

Connect to your database and then try this

Delete from usr02 where bname = 'SAP' and mandt = '**';

Where '***' means your client no that is 066.

see that the profile parameter mentioned below is set if not stop the sap system and set the parameter in Instance profile from os level.Then start the sap system

login/no_automatic_user_sapstar = 0

after this you shall be able to login again with sap* and password pass.
