settings for credit release through VKM3

Hi All,

Through VKM3 we are releasing blocked SD documents.

Now the user requirement is that if the credit exposure is more than 150 % then through VKM3 also document should not get release.

Please suuggest.

Hi,

try authorization object V_KNKK_FRE / Customer Credit Limit: Edit SD Documents

Fields:

ACTVT <FLD> Activity

CTLPC <FLD> Credit management: Risk category

KKBER <FLD> Credit control area

KLPRZ <FLD> Credit limit used in % - in your case 150%

SBGRP <FLD> Credit representative group for credit management

Hi Zuana,

if the customer wants the "overdue credit days" & % of the credit limit used/% of the amount exceeding the credit limit " two fields should be the release criteria for releasing the docs from VKM1,

for example:

1.If they select the over due filed as two months then document should not be released if the document overdue period is more than 2 months.

and

2. If the credit limit exceeding % selects as 150%, then the documents whihc exceeds this limit shoul not be released from the VKM1/VKM3.

Please suggest..
