Goods receipt address is incorrect.

Hi,

We are on ECS, SRM 3.0 / EBP 4.0 , Goods Receipt Address is incorrect have Checked The attributes of user( requistioner of cart ) in PPOMA_BBP and address in tcode BP,There is no inconsistency seen.Do we need to add Ship to party address in tcode BP for the user?
