Inprocess inspection lot is not generating

Hi sap gurus,

I have created master recipe and given inspection point, sample drawing procedure, inspection characteristics with QM04 Control key. In material master i have given 03 inspection type. In SPRO i have assigned master recipe for 03 inspection tyoe. After process order creation lot is not generating. Kindly give your suggestion where i am doing wrong?

1) Plz. check whether 03 inspection type is activated in material master.

2) Release production order and then check

go to QCC0>Quality Inspection->inspection lot creation>Inspec for Mgf order>Maintain Parameters for Process Order Type->select plant,order type>go tp planning->Quality inspection->03 inspec type.

Your problem will solve.

Please check the status of the Process Order.Check whether it is released or not.
