One page Terms and contions as an attachment in Samrtform

Hi,

We usually send the Invoices/Credit notes to custmer by Email, this is seperate prog we run it whenever we want to send Inv/Credit note.

As of now we are not attaching Terms & Conditions page to Email Invoices , but now we want to attach. But Terms and Conditions is contains

one full page and very small characters. So If upload the softcopy into standard text(SO10) its coming in around 8 to 10 pages. But I want it to be in one page only.

Even I tried copy soft copy as Image and included in the form but it's not visable if we take print of it.

Is there any method to take whole terms and conds in one page???

Hi Narsaiah,

In your smartstyle, create a paragraph format with font size 8 adjust the line spacing.

In the standard text you created thru SO10, use the above paragraph format. Do not forget to give this paragragh format

in the smartform where you call the standard text.

You can increase the length and height of window to the max so that entire data fits in single page.

Hi,

Instead of using the standard text. You can just upload all the contents of the Terms&Conditions into the text window of the smartform and assign a smartstyle to it in the output tabs of the text window.In the smartstyle you can define character length.

By this you can adjust the size of the font in the smartstyle.
