Dear Gurus

We have installed new Solution Manager on Windows , Oracle 10g. As we don't know anything about solution manager. what should be my next step in solution manage or how and what should i configure next.

You can configure few scenarios in Solution manager as per your companyu2019s business requirement.

Below scenarios are available in Solution manager.

1) Solution Landscape: For integration of various landscape/system.

2) Solution Monitoring and alert management.

3) Early watch and SLR.

4) BPM (Business process monitoring).

5) Maintenance optimizer

6) Service desk

7) ChaRM(Change and request management)

8) Project management and documentation.

9) SMD (Solution manager Diagnostics)

10) Job Sheduler

Documentation is available in the market place for all above scenarios.
