Hi All,
Whenever the sales order is created in ECC , the same is transferred to APO immidiately.
However when there is a change done in the sames order (say sales order deleted in ECC), the same is not reflected in APO.
Pls help in this regard.
Regards,
Sajit
Hi,
What is the change that you are looking for that should be transferred to APO. From all the above posts it seems there is no problem.
Change is transferred to APO only if it is APO relevent. For example the change in payment terms will not go to APO.
Secondly Saleorder as an object does not exist in APO. Only its planning relevent data exists in APO.
If there is any change in date or quantity or change in configuration, these changes will be transferred.
If a line item with new material code is added, the information related to that item will get transfeered but will appear in product view (RRP3) of that material.
Can you elaborate what was the change that did not get transferred to APO?

Nitin

Hi Sajit,
As has already been mentioned that please check the following things
1) Under CFC9 Transaction see that the value for change transfer for customers is "2"
2) Check that the Integration models for Sales order are active
3) Also please under Publication --> Maintain Distribution Defination Sales Orders are maintained for locations. Here Logical system should be the ECC system
Assuming that you had already confirmed that there is nothing blocking the queue for these sales orders and also the BTEs are active.
Thanks,
Harsh

did you get some thing in reconcilation , and check output of this reconcilation gives what , will it says send to apo, if yes then after sending it to apo, will changes appear in APO.

Hi Sajit,
Please check the business transaction event is active in your SAP ECC system. To check this go to Tcodes BF11 (In R/3) then On the Change View: u201CBTE Application Indicatoru201D: Overview screen, check whether the applications 'ND-APO' and 'NDI' are active, i.e. selected. If they are inactive, select the indicators to activate them. and then save.
Now check whether the changes are getting transffered or not.
Thanks,
Satyajit
