Q&Db in Solution manager 7.0

Hi Folks ,

I would like to knew the path for Question & Answer Data Base ( Q & DB) for different Scenerios in SAP Solution manager 7.0 .

I would like to see Preconfigured Questionnaires for different Scenerios for the Assessment of the New Project ( RFP ) .
