Multiple finished goods storage location

In SO order qty is 10000 which is confirmed @ plant level, but goods are available in multiple finished goods storage location. When we create delivery only partial qty delivery is created and it is tedious to insert another line item in delivery for the same material with remaining qty. (We want all the confirm order qty in only single delivery from different storage location)

Is there any way wherein the delivery will determine storage location wise delivery Qty

(Currently we don't determine storage location in delivery)

Hi,

just Try this

1.T-code OVZ9 mark the field No storage loc.inspection for sales drder level avil.chk at plant level (hope u have done it)

2.In 0VLP deliv.item cate Unmark St.loc reqiured and mark Don't chk st.location

3.Hope in OVLK no st.loc rule is maintained

I will give example:

Material X is present in

Storage Location Z100 = 6000

Storage Location Z200 = 4000

i.e total unrestricted stock is 10000. My order qty is also 10000

Suppose Plant is ABCD

Now I want a single delivery of material X as

Item Material Plant SLoc Deliv.Qty

10 X ABCD Z100 6000

20 X ABCD Z200 4000

The system should determine this situation and it should not be a manual work

Note : Material X is not maintained in Batches

Dear Vipin,

Do the settings told be JJ. So that system will do availability check at plant level ang ignore storage location.

Therefore, system will take all the stock irrespective of its storage location. And it will create single delivery.

Hope it will solve your purpose

I have done the settings mentioned by Mr. JJ also a single delivery is being created but is is possible to create delivery as below situation

Item Material Plant SLoc Deliv.Qty

10 X ABCD Z100 6000

20 X ABCD Z200 4000

The system should determine this situation

If you want this, then do exactily opposite of what JJ has suggested. i.e. in OVZ9 Deactivate / Uncheck - No stor. loc. inspection

In OVLP, check / activate Stor. Location Required and Determine Stor. Location

Make sure Dont check stor. loca. is unchecked / deactivated

Also in OVLK, make sure Stor. loc. rule is defined.

It can be achieved through - SPRO - Logistics Execution - Shipping - Basic Shipping Func - Picking - Determine Picking loc - Define rule for Picking loc Determination

As per my knowledge of SAP, one delivery can not have two storage location for single line item. Suggest you to move stock to one location and than create delivery manually.

Not by standard but by writing a small routine in VTLA tx. under item data this can be achieved.
