Total replenishment lead time

DearAll,

Are there any transaction codes to calculate the TRLT automatically? Since we create the routings for all HALB & FERT materials then system sholud suggest the TRLT. Please provide required information.

Hi,

For in house produced materials, you might be interested to know that it is possible to update you material lot size independent processing time though:

--> Go the routing of your material

--> Go to the operations screen

--> Select the menu Extras /Scheduling / Schedule

--> Maintain the scheduling parameters you want in the pop-up that appears

--> Select an overview variant (does not matter - you can change it when you want to test it again)

--> towards the top of the screen there is a row of icons and option. There is one called Scheduling Result. Click that.

--> In the pop of that window there is a button ' Update Material Master'. As the name indicates that will update your material master.

Then go to transaction CA96 - Select the record created in the step above and update your material.

no std report or t.code is there to show the TRLT. auto.

if you need you can create the custom report for your reruirement with the material master and bom .
