RAR 5.3: RFC Connection Error

Hi experts,

Basis has configured the connector to SAP R/3 backend. The report name and program ID have been configured to be the same.

The RFC connection that is created has the following error:

"Transaction program not registered."

Does anyone have any idea on how to go about solving this ?

Hi Debbie,

This error is due to program not register in the in the server . we need to register the program.then to check whether it is registered or not you need to go to the transaction SMGW. From there you need to click on GOTO option from the menu and then choose the option logged client.There you can see the registeration you will create .
