T_code & program used for last 3 months or 6 months

I know we can find the most recently used T_code and program in STAD and ST03, can we got full TCODE & program list for last 3 months or even 6/12 months?

This process gives the T-code & user list. SAP allows to find this for the past 5months. If you have more AppServers, you may need to do a little manual work to sort the list.

1. ST03N - > expert mode

2. Open the CI or App Servers each time. Select the time period you wish to know.

3. In the "Analysis views" select the " standard transaction profile"

4. On the right side, you will find the t-codes.

This will give the transaction list.
