PO output triggers two times (Fax & Email)

Hi Gurus,

My client is using SRM4.0 extended classic scenario. When user creates PO, its output is generating two times. This is happening some time, now always. PO output time difference is 2-3 seconds. Can anyone please help me.

hi

open any po go to the messages tab see what kind of output medium is saved? I think this issue is related to the data configuration.
