DB_ENTRY_QUEUING & DB_SPLITTER_QUEUING

Folks,

These two steps DB_ENTRY_QUEUING & DB_SPLITTER_QUEUING are taking lot of time to process the IDOC, is there any way to fine tune these parameters.

Check the XI Performance Guide attached to NOTE-894509. Sections 4.4.2 and 4.4.3 has some things you can look at for long DB ENTRY QUEUING" and "DB SPLITTER QUEUING" processing times.

Even we are getting the same problem with QUEUING.

could you please tell how did you resolve this problem?
