Hi All
I have an IDOC to IDOC scenario.
XI system receivs the IDOC, and then sends it to another SAP system as an IDOC.
Now the problem is that the receiving system is not receiving the IDOC.
In SXMB_MONI, i can see a checkred flag saying that the IDOC is successfully processed.
In RWB, in message monitoring, i can see the status of the message is successful.
The IDOC is not stuck in the outbound queue of XI system.
But, IDOCs are not reaching the receiving system.
Then, where do i have to check for the problem?
Can you please tell me the possible places of failure?
Many Thanks
Chandra
First check sm58 in XI. Then check sm58 in receiver SAP system.

Prateek

Hi chandra
Step 1 : Check TCcode WE20 in your R3 side and check wheather Your Partner Profile entry exist or not.
Step 2 : Check your Receiver Communication Channel wheather its configured correclty in ID or not.
Step 3 : Execute TCode IDX5 in your R3 system and monitor your IDOC.
Step 4 : In RWB under Component Monitoring check your Receiver Communication Channel wheather there is any error or not.
Step 5 : Check your RFC Destinations and Ports wheather they are configured correctly or not.
Step 6 : In R3 TCode WE05 check your IDOC posting and see what error you are getting.
Have you checked WE02 in R3, is your IDOC posted there or not?

Hi Chandra
Check in Receiver side sxmb_moni.
may be idoc is received with wrong input parameters...so it is not uploading in receiver SAP system.
Possible errors : 1) no partner profile
2) Idoc added with error ...status 56
